Where it excels and where it fails

The friendly staff were helpful with questions and made our stay less stressful. The large pool was a highlight, adding fun for the kids during our baseball weekend.

Misleading photos online set false expectations. Mould issues in the bathroom and around the heater greatly diminished the overall experience and raised concerns about cleanliness.

We enjoyed easy access to local attractions like the Children's Museum and Oakwood Mall. The hotel could comfortably accommodate our large family, and I had a great time socializing with my colleagues during our stay.

My kids wished the pool was open longer.

the whirlpool was under repairs. but the pool was large and fun for the kids. the breakfast had a decent selection. and the staff were really friendly and eager to help.

Outdated but fine for the price. Friendly staff, helpful answers. Pool was large, whirlpool repairs underway. Continental breakfast could improve with fresh fruit!

Recommend it for baseball fans

Had a fun time during our baseball weekend. Staff were friendly and answered our questions well, made it less stressful.

It wasn't exactly pocket change,, but compared to options out there,, it worked.

i had a great time during my staycation at regency inn and suites. the large pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. the friendly staff made our experience even more pleasant, and it exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in the city.
